Iron Man
I loved loved loved the Iron Man movie. It was action packed, smartly written and even though I am a real girly girl, I could totally see myself in a metal suit with all of the gadgets and bells and whistles and things, fighting the bad guys and making the world a safer place. This movie appealed not only to my stylish side with the very chic house that Tony Stark lived in, the beautiful cars, and the to-die-for outfits that Pepper Potts wore effortlessly, but it also appealed to my thrill seeking side with awesome shoot outs, explosions, and plot bends ( I can’t call them twists because the plot was fairly predictable). In addition to the thrills, there is just enough humor and interesting dialogue to hold your attention when no one was shooting or nothing was being blown up. And the icing on the cake, the ever adorable Robert Downey JR. was casting at it’s absolute finest. I have been a fan since Less Than Zero, and I couldn’t get enough of his swag in this movie. So happy to see him back on the big screen. I emphatically give this one five winks and I can’t wait for the next installment. I hope it doesn’t disappoint. Yes loves, Divas love action flicks too. I thought you knew.
