Life Moment

Okay so the Snoop Dogg tickets arrived. I know, the Diva Muse and snoop? How could I? Box seats! VIP passes! Oh heck yeah, I am definitely there.

It’s funny, I have listened to his music for as long as he has been famous, but he was never one of my favorite artists. Still he has some witty lyrics, some real catchy hooks, and his beats have always been funky. And then this last album, which is a complete departure from what I had heard in the past, really impressed me.

I saw him in a concert that he was performing in for the military last month. It was one of those with a bunch of different artists, and he was one of the featured ones. He completely rocked the house. I didn’t only dance, but I actually had fun.

I hope that as a headliner his performance is just as awesome. A fifteen minute performance is one thing, but a whole evening? Well, all I know is, he better bring it.

Either way, I will definitely be writing about it all. The good, the bad, and I am sure I will see a whole lot of ugly.

Don’t knock other people’s hustle. One of my favorite guilty pleasures is the TV show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Yes, I watch it and I don’t care who knows.

I can’t wait to tune in every Sunday night to watch the shiny black hair, perfect makeup, and to-die-for outfits that these girls, and mom sport for their reality TV show. When I watch the show, it is a nice restful half hour for me to step out of my sometimes overly intense and way too serious life and watch these girls bask in the fabulousness of being…well fabulous. I LOVE IT!!! They make me laugh, they make me happy, and aside from the fact that sometimes Bruce Jenner looks like he has been embalmed, they make me feel warm inside.

I get so tired of haters, yes that is what you are, hating on Kim and her new found fame. You constantly hear, “What is she famous for?” Ok, give it a rest. What are Victoria Secret Models famous for? What were Calvin Klein Models (male and female) famous for? What are the models in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition famous for? Their looks! Hello! If half the haters had a body and face like Kim Kardashian, they would be flaunting their naked asses all over every magazine cover too. I have two words, quit hating! She is beautiful, and I’m a girl and I can say that. And quit knocking her hustle.

People should do what they do to make it in this world. Aside from doing anything illegal, violent or just outright disgusting, people have to use what they got to get where they want to be. Hell, life is hard. If I had her body, y’all would see me everywhere. Well actually I have a better booty than hers and I’m trying to figure out how to use my moneymaker too, ya feel me?

Look, you don’t have to like Kim or any other socialite that makes it big, but truly, if you’re going to really be a diva, you gotta stop hating. I congratulate those girls, Kim and her sisters and the mom for anything good that comes to them. I send them out good vibes (cuz Lord knows the rest of the world is sending evil their way) and I celebrate every success for them. Because you know what? When you put out positive vibes to other people, and genuinely wish for their well being, even if they are rich socialites who may have a sex tape and a huge booty, you most certainly seal the deal that good things are coming back to you.

To Kim Kardashian and Family, my Bootylicious Sisters, You Go Girls!!!!
